ASAP is an after-school program for the Middle School Students in the Silver Falls School District. We provide academic support, 1-on-1 tutoring, nutritious meals, engaging activities, and a connection with peers and positive adult role-models. The program is made possible with a team of over 60 volunteers and 2 paid staff who work in conjunction with the local school administration to provide the best After-School Program in Silverton!!
Amazing people from all over our community who are dedicated to helping our students succeed!
You can volunteer with us too! Volunteer Application and Background Check
Program Director: Hillary Boost joined the ASAP team in September of 2017! Hillary is from Mount Angel originally, and after teaching high school math in South Dakota for 4 years it was time to come home. She is passionate about education and meeting the needs of middle school students, and she sees her work at ASAP as an opportunity to give back and have fun. She is also passionate about petting as many dogs as is humanly possible.
Program Coordinator: Nicole Kivett graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 2016. Throughout high school she volunteered with younger grades, and she is excited to apply those skills at ASAP!
